Don Brown
President/CEO
Don has over 30 years of healthcare experience. He has worked hospitals, physician groups and home health settings focusing on managed care, business development, physician relations and finance. Don earned his M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing with emphasis in Healthcare Administration at Oklahoma Wesleyan University and received his B.S in Biology and Chemistry with emphasis in Pre-Med at the University of Arkansas. Don has over 20 years experience in Woundcare and treating patients in all healthcare settings.
Dr. Leah Bailey DO
Medical Director
a Doctor of Osteopathic medicine. She received her medical degree from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences in 1999 and has been in practice for more than 25 years. Dr. Leah A. Bailey has expertise in treating hypertension & high blood pressure, diabetes, is certified in Wound Care Treatment, and treats a variety of other health conditions.
Mandie Hamilton RN
Clinical Director
I am Mandie Hamilton a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with over 12 years of combined nursing experience, including 4 years as an RN and 8 years as an LPN. I have a diverse background in specialties including advanced wound care, cardiac, medical surgical, ophthalmology, ambulatory surgery, and skilled nursing. I am dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth, I strive to provide high-quality care, improve outcomes, and enhance the patient experience in every role. I am known for my clinical expertise, strong communication skills, ability to build trust with patients and collaborative teamwork.
I have been with my amazing husband for 18 years; we are proud parents of two energetic boys who love to play lacrosse and football. Our weekends consist of cheering from the sidelines and traveling with their teams. In rare occasions we have time away from sports, we enjoy family time at the lake and making memories together at home. With strong roots in teamwork, commitment, and love, our family thrives on supporting one another and celebrating life's milestones- big and small!
