Gina Smith, PA-C
Gina Smith, PA-C has been a physician assistant for 24 years. Gina graduated with a Masters of Health Sciences from the University of Oklahoma Physician Assistant program in 2000.
She is board certified by the NCCPA.
She has worked in cardiology, anesthesiology, aesthetic medicine, and interventional radiology. She is excited to be an integral part of Mobile Wound Management.
Gina is a dedicated provider who demonstrates clinical expertise, compassion, and technical knowledge.
She will be managing patients with various wounds caused by accidents, disease, or as a result of surgery.
She is adept at assessing patient conditions, administering effective treatments, and educating
patients on appropriate wound care.
Gina resides in Bixby with her husband and four children.
Her hobbies include exercising, traveling, and watching her kids play sports.

Crystal Conley, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C)
Crystal Conley is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in wound care and has been working with APEX for the last year. She also has a family practice clinic in Norman Oklahoma that has been open for the past 2 years. Crystal has over 12 years of clinical experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings. With a passion for holistic patient care, Crystal focuses on optimizing healing processes through evidence-based practices and personalized treatment plans.
After earning her Master of Science in Nursing from United States University, Crystal became certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has extensive training in advanced wound management techniques, including assessment, dressing selection, grafting, and the use of adjunctive therapies.
Crystal believes in empowering patients with knowledge about their conditions and involving them in their care decisions. She is known for her compassionate approach and strong communication skills, which help to build trust and rapport with patients and their families.
Outside of clinical practice, Crystal enjoys being with her children, and playing Xbox in her free time. Crystal is committed to continuing education in wound care to stay updated on the latest advancements in the field. She is a proud member of AANP, further enhancing her commitment to quality care and professional growth.

Leslie Battles, APRN- CNP, WCC
Leslie is a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional with decades of experience across multiple areas of nursing. She graduated as a Registered Nurse in 1995 and later advanced her career in 2019, becoming a Nurse Practitioner and opening her own family practice clinic. As a RN Leslie has worked in OB/PP/Nsy, NICU, ICU, ER, Med Surg, Hospice, and home health. Most recently, she became Wound Care Certified, expanding her ability to deliver specialized, personalized wound care in the home.
Leslie and her husband Tony share 4 children and 6 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time outdoors, with hobbies that include hiking, boating, camping, and traveling. Her greatest passions outside of medicine are watching Oklahoma Sooner Footballi and animal rescue.
Leslie lives on a farm with 7 dogs, 8 horses, cats and cows.
With a career that spans over 30 years, Leslie brings knowledge, skill, and heart to her patients.
